Please call 952-927-7810 for an appointment. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. The receptionist will inquire about the nature of your visit so that an appropriate time can be arranged with your physician.
Cancellations:
Please call us if you are unable to make your appointment so that the time can be made available to other patients and your appointment can be rescheduled to a more convenient time.
Bring to your appointment:
Please bring a list of all your medications to your appointment.
