The Endocrinology Clinic of Minneapolis is pleased to be joining Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a multi-specialty physician practice effective June 1, 2021.

i-Health provides a framework for growth and sustainability of independent physician practices that focus on patient choice. By enabling physician practices to remain independent and encouraging patients to be active participants in their healthcare decisions, i-Health preserves true, patient-first care.

As a part of the upcoming integration, we will be transitioning to a new medical records system. We request your patience as our clinic transitions to a new scheduling/check in process, a new medical records system and patient portal. During our transition we expect delays with our phones, check in time for appointments, return phone calls and wait time to see providers within our clinic. We thank you in advance for your patience during this transition.

Telemedicine Visits Available Now

We understand that many of our patients continue to require healthcare services unrelated to COVID-19. By taking appropriate precautions, we continue to see patients in the office for urgent needs. For those unable to come into our clinic location we are offering scheduled telemedicine visits (using a video conferencing website or Apple's FaceTime program) to existing patients. Medicare and most insurers will cover these visits due to the circumstances. Please check coverage with your health insurance provider. Usual deductibles and copays will apply.

Our lab is open and functioning at a reduced capacity, to avoid having more than 1 person in the waiting area at any given time.

Please call 952-927-7810 to schedule either an in-office visit or a telemedicine visit.
